Gillian Frame

Gill creates space for leaders and coaches to pause, think clearly, and grow with purpose. Her coaching is calm, grounded and quietly challenging — helping clients reconnect with what matters and lead with more clarity, courage and care.

She brings a blend of presence and practicality to her work, with a calm steadiness that supports insight, decision-making and meaningful change. Her clients often describe her as someone who sees clearly and holds space lightly – with warmth, curiosity and just the right amount of edge.

Gill is known for helping people do their best thinking. She works especially well with leaders in transition, coaches who want to deepen and sustain their practice, and teams exploring how to lead with more integrity, clarity and care.

About Gill

Gill is an Accredited Master Executive Coach with APECS and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She is also an accredited coaching supervisor and experienced mentor coach for ICF accreditation.

She brings over 20 years of leadership, HR and consulting experience across sectors, having worked with senior leaders, global teams and fast-growth organisations. Her work is informed by a wide range of psychological approaches, leadership frameworks and real-world experience — but never driven by models or prescriptions.

As well as her individual and team coaching, Gill hosts a regular “Space to Reflect” session - a monthly pay-as-you-can gathering for coaches, leaders and thoughtful others who value time to think and reflect.

She’s based in the UK and works with clients internationally.

“Gill clearly epitomises a perfect balance of empathy and professionalism that made a coaching conversation with Gill a very comfortable place to be. Her ability to ask the right questions, and to summarize effectively, enabled me to gain a much clearer understanding of my needs and goals. Her active listening skills were in clear abundance and another source of inspiration.”

“Gill enabled me to think through things in a way that I could work out what really mattered and what I wanted to do about it. She helped me to identify the issue, the goal and the actions to take, enabling me to see my way clear so that I could achieve those objectives.”
